Twice a year, Y Combinator's latest batch of startups present to investors. This summer we're having three Demo Days. The first will be at our Cambridge office on Thursday, August 14. Then we'll have two more at our Mountain View office on August 19 and 20.

All three days will have the same schedule. We'll start at noon with an informal reception. From 12:30 to 3:30 we'll have a series of 7-minute presentations by each of the 22 startups in the current batch. Afterward people can stay and chat for as long as they want.

All 22 startups are working on software or web/mobile services. Applications include: a startup job site, engagement analysis for media companies, videoconferencing, database software, a site for students, HR software, a news site, photo-sharing, a video site, a viral game, prediction markets, social browsing, POS customer satisfaction surveys, white labelled social news, audience response software, music distribution, green certification, site creation for small business, a mobile-focused Evite competitor, a secondary ticket market, an event site, and a comment crawler.

The presentations will take place at Y Combinator's offices at 135 Garden St., Cambridge, MA (August 14) and 320 Pioneer Way, Mountain View, CA (August 19 and 20). There will be enough food to make lunch of it.
