We had to remove this article at the (rather violent) request of the author. We mirrored it here after Upside magazine's site went offline, because we thought this was something would-be founders should read. Unfortunately the only way to do that now is to find a copy of the October 2001 issue of Upside. Sorry everyone. We don't see how that benefits anyone, including the author, but there is nothing we can do.
