Staff recruitment and retention is the #1 problem for healthcare employers. In the face of an unprecedented nurse exodus, healthcare employers are grappling with the financial impact of clinician turnover, which can cost or save an average hospital $380K annually per percentage change. While many tools and services exist to support clinicians, point solutions are challenging to implement and cause administrative burdens.
Adni brings everything clinicians need into a single app, from their scrubs and continuing education, to jobs, timesheets, benefits, payroll, and recognition. Healthcare employers, namely hospitals and healthcare staffing agencies, white-label Adni to launch an all-in-one employee app that engages and retains their workforce.
