Compliance and Content Ops

Affinity is a modern compliance and learning management platform built for regulated companies. Affinity was founded by fintech engineering and compliance veterans who have already had one $500M exit.

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful early hire to build and manage our content operations at scale. Our goal is to use AI/ML resources to build customizable training content for different industries and to make the content highly customizable down to the employee level. The right candidate will not only be tactician at an early stage start-up but have an opportunity to develop strategy for the company going forward.

Areas to cover:

• Build out and manage training content using Affinity’s native content authoring platform for fintech and financial services products
• Develop strategies to scale content creation in other verticals such as healthcare, cybersecurity, and privacy
• Develop a vision and strategy for how to leverage AI tooling to not only create training but make it “smarter”
• Advise on product strategy and roadmap
• Be a core member of the initial founding team and develop company strategy overall

Qualifications:

• Some legal and/or compliance experience and an ability to read and understand regulations (law school training helps but is not required)
• Demonstrable interest in start-ups and tech - either through prior tech experience or through own entrepreneurial journey.
