👨‍💼 Role

As a Product Manager at AiPrise, you will play a pivotal role in driving the vision, strategy, and execution of our compliance platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and customer success to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our global fintech clients.

• Product Development: Collaborate with engineering and design teams to create detailed product specifications and ensure high-quality product development.
• Product Roadmap: Help define and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with wider company goals and KPIs.
• Problem Solving: Break down complex problems into actionable steps and work with the team to implement solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Conduct customer interviews to gather insights, and translate these into product requirements. Lead webinars, customer demos, and onboarding sessions to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of product initiatives.

✨ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the fintech or compliance industry.
• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.
• Experience working with engineering and design teams to develop and launch products.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
• Technical background, with experience in software development or a related field.
