Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for our global customer base, addressing inquiries and support issues. Guide users through our cutting-edge software and hardware solutions, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Utilize advanced tools like Retool, Metabase, Posthog and SQL for data querying and analysis to improve customer experiences. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues efficiently. Analyze customer feedback to contribute to continuous product and service enhancement. Lead product demonstrations and training, showcasing our commitment to excellence in healthcare technology.

Qualifications:

Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL. Prior experience in customer support or a related field, especially in healthcare. Familiarity with HubSpot, Retool, Posthog, or Metabase is a definite advantage. Passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that drives global health innovation.
