We’re experiencing explosive growth, closing $X million in ARR each month, and have recently raised $XX million in funding from top-tier investors. At Artisan, we view the Strategy & Operations function as a critical component of our success.

You’ll be at the forefront of tackling some of our most complex challenges—whether it’s diagnosing why “X isn’t working as expected,” diving into data to pinpoint root causes, hypothesizing solutions, or collaborating across teams to execute fixes. This role will evolve significantly as the company scales, giving you unparalleled opportunities to drive impact and grow alongside Artisan.

Key Responsibilities

General Firefighting

• Be the go-to problem solver for novel, high-priority challenges across the organization.
• Diagnose issues, create data-driven strategies to address them, and execute solutions effectively.
• Act as a Swiss Army Knife, flexibly adapting to the needs of our fast-paced, scaling startup.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Leverage analytics tools, databases, and SQL to pull reports and analyze key performance data.
• Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor operational metrics, providing actionable insights.
• Proactively identify trends and opportunities for improvement across teams.

System & Process Development

• Partner with department leads to design and implement scalable systems and SOPs.
• Drive operational excellence by identifying inefficiencies and optimizing workflows.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution of new initiatives.

About You

• 3–4 years in a similar operations role at a fast-growing startup, consulting firm, or equivalent environment.
• Strong proficiency with Tableau, SQL, and other analytics tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated success working across a broad range of operational functions, consistently performing at a top-of-cohort level.
