As Atla's Head of Growth, you will drive Atla’s expansion in the market. This role blends high-level strategy with hands-on execution across product development, marketing, and developer relations:

• Craft and execute growth strategy, influencing company direction and product evolution.
• Lead projects across developer relations, marketing, and product management effectively to drive product adoption and user engagement.
• Spearhead the ideation of user-focused content, including blogs, white papers, technical documentation, etc. Organize and represent Atla at events, hackathons, and conferences.
• Collect and integrate user feedback into product development.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships.

Please note that this role is in-person (we can offer relocation support!)

Qualifications

• Background in Growth, Product Management, Technical Advocacy, or similar roles, showcasing a strong ability to capture technical audiences.
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, with professional experience in software development.
• Strong project management and organizational skills to lead complex initiatives.
• Direct AI/ML experience is highly valued..

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Interested in and thoughtful about of the impacts of AI technology.
