Founding GTM Lead

Beam helps developers build and run AI and LLM applications on serverless GPUs, without managing infrastructure. Hundreds of teams are using Beam to power their applications in production. And we have a thriving community of developers using our platform to build state-of-the-art apps with AI.

We’re looking to make our first Growth hire to capture top-of-funnel opportunities and help shape our marketing strategy from the ground up.

You’ll help execute marketing campaigns to attract new users. You’ll plan and implement marketing campaigns to increase top-of-funnel opportunities. Our users are engineers – you’ll be responsible for cultivating an authentic connection to our customers through content, community building, conferences, and other channels.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience working in GTM, marketing, or as a founder
• Some engineering experience. You can write Python, you know what RDS is, you’re comfortable building web apps.
• Excellent writing and communication skills, and can distill complex topics into bullet points
• Enthusiasm for dev tools, cloud native technologies, ML, and open source in general
