Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Administrator at Axross Pte Ltd. The General Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing office events, coordinating meetings, assisting with travel arrangements, staff payroll, liasing with office vendors, and handling correspondence. This role is primarily located hybrid, with flexibility for some offline work in Jakarta.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
  • Experience in office administration or related field
  • Knowledge of supply chain or technology industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or relevant field

How can you contribute?

  • Work directly with co-founders (CEO & CTO) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Create, assess and implement internal operations SOP to ensure effective communication channels and working procedures
  • Provide administrative support (e.g., managing hiring process, travel arrangements, liaising with legal support and corporate secretary, office management)
  • Manage contracting process, payroll, vendor payments, monthly bookkeeping, and tracking of expenses
  • Provide support for arranging business trip and company event.

What are we looking for?

  • Based in Malaysia or Indonesia
  • Fluent in English and have a working knowledge of either Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Indonesia, and communicates effectively
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high degree of organisation skills
  • Have experience with basic accounting and bookkeeping activities
  • Available to start immediately in end December 2021/January 2022
