About the Role
Bits to Atoms is looking for a Growth Engineer to accelerate our go-to-market efforts. Our demand is far outstripping our ability to meet the demand, so we need to scale out the team ASAP.
The ideal Growth Engineer is someone who:
- Cares deeply about rebuilding the US industrial base
- Has a rigorous analytical background but is interested in operations, sales, and marketing
- Wants to found their own company in the future, and is looking to understand how to run a company from the guts of the organization
The Growth Engineer’s responsibilities will include:
- Working with the founders to manage external communications with job seekers and employers
- Building out marketing campaigns to grow our network of job seekers and employers
- Building out market research & analytical reports
- Generally, someone who has a get-stuff-done attitude, regardless of the task
