**The Opportunity:
**Blueberry Pediatrics is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Head of Marketing to own strategy across both B2B and DTC as we scale. We’ve built a best-in-class pediatric care model that saves families time and money while delivering major savings for health plans. Today, we support hundreds of thousands of children, and we need a marketing leader who can take us to the next level.
This is a player-coach role, you’ll be hands-on in execution while building and managing a team of full-time employees, contractors, and agencies to scale our efforts efficiently. You’ll own the full marketing funnel, balancing growth marketing, brand, lifecycle, and demand generation across both direct-to-consumer and health plan partnerships.
You will have full ownership of consumer growth targets, setting ambitious goals and driving the strategy and execution to achieve and exceed them. You should be comfortable with numbers, owning marketing P&L, tracking CAC, LTV, retention, and efficiency metrics, and making data-driven decisions to fuel sustainable growth.

Expected compensation: The salary range for this role ranges from $157,500 - $190,000 depending on experience and geographical location.
