We get a high volume of inbound leads every month, but we still need sales athletes who can qualify, close, and iterate on outbound when needed. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and love closing deals, this role is for you.

The Role

As an Account Executive at Broccoli AI, you’ll own the full sales cycle, managing inbound leads while also refining outbound strategies. You’ll be selling to owners and operators of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC companies.

What You’ll Do

Manage & Close Inbound Leads – Convert a steady stream of high-intent leads into paying customers.
Outbound When NeededOutbound Prospecting - Source leads by cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events.
Solution Selling – Identify customer pain points and match them with the right AI solution.
Pipeline & Metrics Ownership – Track conversion rates, optimize funnel efficiency, and hit revenue goals.
Collaborate Across Teams – Provide feedback to product and customer success teams to shape our offering.
Handle Objections & Close – You’ll need to know when to push forward and when to say no.
