Casca is building AGI for banking. We’re replacing decades-old legacy systems with AI-native technology that automates 90% of the manual work humans once had to do. We were founded by a world-class team of banking & AI experts from Stanford, MIT, and Y Combinator. We like to win—and we know that the only thing standing between us and the title is our own ability to improve every day.

As the Founding Designer , you will lead all creative efforts at Casca—from branding and marketing assets to product interfaces and video campaigns. You’ll work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure every design decision supports our ambitious mission of transforming the banking industry through AI. This is your chance to shape the visual identity of a disruptive startup, drive a cohesive brand vision, and make your mark on the future of finance.

• Lead the Creative Vision : Define, refine, and maintain Casca’s overall design strategy, ensuring all visual outputs—from web experiences to videos—are cohesive and on-brand.

Qualifications

• UI/UX Design: Strong expertise in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a similar design leadership role (startup experience a plus).

• Brand & Identity Design: Proven ability to develop and evolve a brand’s visual identity across various channels.

• Design Expertise: Exceptional understanding of composition, typography, and color theory.

• Collaborative Skills: Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work independently, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
