Job description

We rapidly scaled through founder-led sales over the past 12 months and are making a first sales hire. You will have a high-impact, versatile role in bringing a fast-evolving, powerful AI product to market, in an incredibly exciting time for artificial intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source, qualify, and close leads
  • Work with one of the founders and marketing/growth to scale Cogram’s go-to-market strategy.

Requirements

  • Working in GMT +/- 3
  • 3+ years of experience selling software
  • A track record of achievement and beating quotas
  • Strong writing ability and fluency in English

About the interview

  1. Initial screen (20 minutes): This will be a virtual intro call for you to get to know us as a team and company, and for us to learn more about you.
  2. Situational sales interview (45 minutes): We'll focus on topics and problems that you would actually encounter on the job.
  3. Cultural-fit interview (45 minutes): We'll use this interview to determine if we're aligned on values and would work well together as a team.
  4. Reference calls: we’ll ask you to share two references — current or former colleagues/managers— for 10 minute reference calls.
  5. Offer: we aim to make offers fast.
