To get there, weâre doubling down on product innovation, launching new solutions for enterprise insights teams, and developing a referral-driven GTM strategy using agencies as a bridge to enterprises.
đź The Role
As our Founding Growth Manager, your mission is to make as many people as possible use CoLoop across our target customer profiles. Youâll own the customer journey end-to-end, from TAM â demo call â trial â usage â referral, and work across functions to systematically improve conversion rates at every stage.
Youâll need a problem-solving mindset, a deep understanding of growth levers, and the ability to run experiments, measure results, and scale what works. This isnât just about outbound marketing or top-down salesâitâs about unlocking highly scalable ways to capture and activate our market.
That being said, the role is not all sunshine and roses â there is some good news and some bad news.

- Youâll be spinning a lot of plates. Youâll need to balance lead gen, content, SEO, paid ads, referrals, and product-led growth, while also helping refine our sales process and customer journey.
- We donât micromanage. You need to be proactive, take ownership, and figure things out. If you need constant direction, this isnât for you.
- Weâre moving fast. Weâre launching new products, handling growing customer demand, and refining our GTM strategy simultaneouslyâyouâll need to keep up.

Customer & Market Insights
- Conduct user research, interviews, and behavioural analysis to understand what drives conversion.
- Develop customer personas and map the journey from first touch to expansion.
Demand Generation (Non-Paid)
- SEO & Content: Drive organic growth through content strategy, creation & distribution.
- Community & Product Led-Growth: Develop referral programs, social proof, and viral loops.
- Social Media: Build & manage an engaging online presence.
Demand Generation (Paid)
- Performance Marketing: Run and optimise paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn).
- Landing Page Optimisation: Use tools like Framer, Google Optimise, Mutiny etc. to improve conversion rates.
- Influencer & Partnerships: Explore strategic collaborations.
Data & Experimentation
- Growth Experimentation: Design, run, and analyse experiments to identify winning tactics.
- Analytics & Tracking: Work with tools like Google Analytics, PostHog, and tracking tags.
- Budget & ROI Analysis: Allocate spend effectively to maximise growth impact.

Technical Skills
