Confido helps CPG brands understand and optimize their performance in brick and mortar retail. We work with emerging category winners like Olipop, Chomps, Dr. Squatch, and established category leaders like Baskin Robbins Ice Cream.
Today, we sell 2 products: (1) an accounting automation product that helps brands automate more than 1 million transactions a year and (2) a forecasting product that helps brands forecast more than $1B in retail sales.
Confido will grow more than 4x this year, while growing headcount by 2x. We’re obsessed with talent density and not headcount.
What you’ll do
First 6 months
Run and scale campaigns across channels (events, social, outbound, etc.)
Build high-quality content that resonates with our audience
Make data-driven decisions on where to invest more and pull back
Beyond
Serve as a player-coach. Owning and executing on high-value initiatives, while building and nurturing a team that delivers high-quality pipeline repeatedly
What we're looking for
Relevant experience: 3+ years of experience in early stage marketing / growth, investment banking, consulting, or investing
Exceptional Written Communication Skills: Ability to develop creative and compelling content that resonates with our various buyer personas
Deep Customer Empathy: You’re excited to learn about our buyers and understand their problems
Analytical: You can measure what’s working and adapt to market feedback

$150k to $190k Base Salary
.6% to .9% Equity

Based full-time in our NYC office with regular travel
