About the role
Overview
Consus is hiring a Founding Engineer to lead all engineering & product development. We are looking for someone who understands extreme ownership, and isn’t afraid to put their “badge” on the line to get things done. You will work closely with the CEO to build new products, and directly impact the success of the company.
Technical Requirements
- 3+ years of full stack experience
- Experience working with AI frameworks & tools (Claude, OpenAI)
- Experience with multi-worker/parallel backend processes
- Experience building scalable & robust databases
- Experience with vector and/or graph search
