Full Stack Developer (LATAM)
About the role
LOCATION
Remote. We are looking for people around the CST Time Zone and spanish speakers.
We expect participation in around 4 in-person meetings per year, with expenses covered by the company.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Interest in building a great product for our customers. We’d like to know if you have helped build products at other companies or in your spare time.
- Ability to break down a problem and propose alternative solutions, clearly describing the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative.
- Strong willingness to support the rest of the development team and participate in the continuous improvement of the engineering area.
- Ability to work with high energy in a flexible and fast-paced environment. We value the ability to learn/adapt to new technologies if necessary.
- At least 1 year of experience building web applications with Ruby on Rails.
