The Role:

This isn’t just about execution—it’s about leading our global event strategy. You won’t be following a playbook; you’ll be writing it.

We’re looking for a world-class Global Event Lead to dominate the most important market research events in the world. You’ll own the entire event strategy, execution, and on-the-ground presence, ensuring Conveo is the most visible and talked-about company in the industry.

This is about making a statement at every event we attend. You’ll create the buzz, craft experiences that convert, and build an event strategy that makes Conveo unavoidable while also handling key logistics to ensure seamless execution.

The ultimate success metric will be mindshare and generated leads. You will own event ROI—measured by speaking opportunities secured, leads generated, and Conveo’s share of voice at every major industry event.

Your Mission:

1. Event Domination – “Make Conveo Unmissable”

• Lead end-to-end event execution, from identifying key industry conferences to post-event follow-ups.
• Secure top sponsorship slots and prime speaking engagements to put Conveo at the center of industry conversations.
• Own event marketing—ensuring Conveo’s presence is visually dominant and unforgettable.
• Manage all logistics, booth design, and team coordination to execute flawless events.

2. Lead Gen & Growth – “Turn Events into Revenue”

• Develop strategies to drive high-quality lead capture and conversion from events.
• Work closely with sales to ensure seamless handoff and follow-up on event-generated leads.
• Track event ROI and continuously optimize for bigger impact and efficiency.

3. Industry Networking – “Make Conveo the Default Name”

• Build relationships with key industry players, organizers, and influencers.
• Create and host side events, VIP dinners, and private meetups to deepen engagement.
• Leverage events to increase investor visibility and attract top-tier talent.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of experience in event marketing, B2B marketing, or field marketing, ideally in a fast-moving startup or agency.
• A relentless drive to win—you don’t just organize events; you turn them into competitive advantages.
• A strong commercial instinct—you see events as sales engines, not just networking opportunities.
• An eye for brand & experience—you know how to create a presence that people can’t ignore.
• A bias for action—you move fast, execute flawlessly, and never wait for permission.
• A deep network in the industry is a plus.
