Our Story So Far.

We created our company in April 2024 and spent months building V1 of our product with some of the largest Enterprise brands in the world. They love our product, and now we’re shifting into hyper-growth with a small, elite team.

2024 was about proving value. 2025 is about scaling it.

The Role:

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role where you will work directly with the founders on whatever is needed. You’re a generalist with limitless energy, eagerness to learn, and a drive for perfection. We can throw anything at you, and two days later, you magically have a solution.

Your Mission:

1. Strategic & Operational Support

• Work directly with the founders to drive key company initiatives.
• Own and execute high-impact projects that accelerate growth.
• Improve internal processes and operations to ensure efficiency.

2. Marketing & Sales Enablement

• Assist in refining GTM strategy and optimizing sales processes.
• Support outbound and inbound marketing and sales efforts.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform decision-making.

3. Product & Customer Insights

• Work closely with customers and the product team to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Conduct user research and support prioritization of the product roadmap.

4. Deal Ownership (Optional)

• If desired, take ownership of specific deals or negotiations.
• Work closely with partners, clients, and stakeholders to drive business success.

5. Special Projects & Execution

• Step into critical areas as needed—whether it's negotiating partnerships, improving operations, or leading an internal initiative.
• Function as the founders’ right-hand in driving execution.

What You Bring:

• High-agency problem solver – Can work in ambiguity and figure things out independently.
• Extreme ownership – Willing to take responsibility for getting things done.
• Exceptional communicator – Both written and verbal, able to interact with all stakeholders.
• Bias for action – Fast-moving and execution-focused.
• Strong analytical skills – Able to process data and make sound recommendations.
