Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Elixir Fullstack Developer to join our Engineering team in Mexico City. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating and maintaining high-quality web applications using Phoenix LiveView, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch. You will also be responsible for maintaining our existing GraphQL API and contributing to our Vue.js projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain new screens for our platform using Phoenix LiveView.
• Integrate data from PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch into the application.
• Maintain and improve our existing GraphQL API.
• Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of our existing Vue.js project.
• Implement new features and maintain existing ones, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code.
• Collaborate with the Engineering team to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team best practices.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in software development.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to understand complex systems and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience with Elixir or significant Elixir side projects.
• Experience with Phoenix LiveView, PostgreSQL, and Elasticsearch.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on US healthcare technology and/or US healthcare industry projects.
• Knowledge of best practices in software development and system architecture.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking.
• Familiarity with GraphQL and Vue.js is a plus.
• Familiarity with LLMs and AI Agents is a plus.
