Founding Operations Lead

We’re an audio AI data company, with top research labs as customers, backed by tier 1 investors, with an ex-Scale AI founding team.

We’re hiring a Founding Operations Lead to help us fuel our next stage of growth. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Spearhead complex, high-value audio data collection projects
• Partner with engineering to build breakthrough products and operations infrastructure
• Work shoulder-to-shoulder with our clients, who are the best researchers at the best AI labs

Does this sound like you

• Have 2-6 years of experience in startups or similar high-octane roles (e.g., consulting), and an academic degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Industrial Engineering)
• Experience in or passion for AI/ML or audio
• Extreme ownership mentality – you care about the success of the business as much as you do your work product
• Perfectionist – you set a higher bar for your own execution than anyone around you would
• Collaborative team-player, with a ‘yes’-first mentality, willing to roll up your sleeves and pitch in on other functions
• Operational ‘6th sense’ – have an innate intuition for where the bottlenecks are in a process
• Technical acumen – demonstrated product sense, and proficiency in SQL or Python
• Ready to grind with us late nights and weekends

We are excited to see

• Ex-founder
• Experience with building growth machines that scale (i.e., online ads, funnel optimization)
• Some experience with software development
• Fluency in a language other than English

What you’ll work on

• Lead complex, unprecedented audio data collection projects, for which playbooks don’t exist
• Bootstrap 0-to-1 problems with operational grit and creativity
• Scale 1-to-n problems by designing scalable systems and infrastructure
• Implement AI automations at every level of our operations stack
• Own relationships with senior clients
• Partner with engineering to scope out breakthrough products and solutions
• Conduct data analysis to inform your and the team’s key decisions
• Work directly with our CEO and COO every day
