Role Overview
We’re hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Compliance Account Manager to help clients smoothly navigate compliance processes. No prior experience in prevailing wage laws is required—we'll teach you everything you need to know.

Responsibilities

• Build strong client relationships, serving as their primary compliance contact.
• Manage compliance documentation, payroll data entry, and reporting processes.
• Identify and resolve basic compliance issues with support from our team.
• Collaborate internally to continually enhance our compliance platform.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in roles requiring attention to detail, organization, and client interaction.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
• Comfortable learning new software tools and processes quickly.
• Dependable and capable of managing responsibilities independently.

Nice to Have (not required)

• Familiarity with the Davis-Bacon Act
• Understanding of IRA incentives or ITC credit transfers
• Previous exposure to prevailing wage and apprenticeship (PWA) compliance
