AI/ML Engineer
About the role
We are looking to onboard to an AI/ML engineer:
- Upto 2 years of work experience
- Comfortable in Python
- Past experience of building personal projects (must have)
Here are some of the projects that you might be working on:
- AI Agent Development
- LLM implementations for use-cases like annotation, summarisation and data structuring.
We are looking for someone with 1+ years experience, and exposure of working with these problem statements in the past.
About the interview
In this candidate, our main focus is to look for an high potential engineer who is comfortable with working on things from scratch, has the adaptability for fast prototyping with user feedback and has a knack for design.
- The first step would be an assignment. Assignment details.
- The second step would be a 1:1 with a co-founder, an introductory call.
- The third step would be a technical interview. This would either be taken by one of the co-founders and/or the founding engineers.

Doctor Droid is building a smart assistant to help engineering teams accelerate investigation during production incidents. Our platform helps companies reduce downtimes and keep their developers more productive. We are an Open Source platform with users across the globe.
Vision
Think if anyone in the team can debug an average production issue without requiring to involve a senior engineer (or a team of engineers?). Wouldn't that be wonderful? That's what we are working towards.
