This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing many hats, enjoys problem-solving, and thrives in fast-paced environments. You will collaborate cross-functionally directly with the founders and play a critical role in supporting every aspect of the business. If you love taking the initiative this role is for you.
What You Will be Doing:
Operations will be a fluid role for someone eager to touch all the business parts of a startup and be right in the action. We’re looking for people excited by the opportunity to wear many hats:
- Customer Success
- Business Development
- Marketing
- Critical Processes
Job requirements
- 1+ years working in an operational or similarly highly cross-functional role
- Strong sense of urgency
- LOVES a fast-paced environment where there's a lot to do and a lot to learn
- Strong reasoning and analytical abilities
- Preference if able to work in our office in San Francisco, but exceptions can be made for exceptional fits.
Nice-to-haves:
- Bachelors Degree

Whether its gig workers like Uber drivers, sellers on marketplaces like Etsy, or simply your local handyman - Dots’ abstracts away the complexity of payouts completely. We manage the entire process: information collection (KYC), payments through any rail (ACH, Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, international, and many more to come), and even filing tax forms! Dots lets developers get payouts up and running over just a few hours, rather than the many months this would normally take.
