Dripos is hiring a Customer Success Associate to help support and scale the first all-in-one software platforms (payroll, banking, and accounting) for coffee shops. We are looking for a driven, self-motivated individual to oversee the end-to-end management of customer relationships across multiple product offerings. Ideally, you have a strong sense of ownership, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive on delivering outstanding customer experiences that lead to business growth. This is the perfect role for someone passionate about helping small businesses who wants to have an outsized impact on both our customers and our company.

What you’ll do

  • Technical Product Support: Handle inbound support interactions, providing fast and effective solutions to customer issues via call, text, or email. This will also involve rotating on-call 24/7 for at least 7 days per month.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and ensuring they are satisfied with our services.
  • Product Management: Serve as the liaison between our product team and customers, ensuring clear and effective communication on bug fixes and feature requests. You'll also work closely alongside engineers to provide customer feedback that shapes our product roadmap.
  • Debugging: Assist our product team in identifying and resolving bugs through end-to-end testing, reproducing issues, and submitting bug tickets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Someone who's excited to join a dynamic, fully in-person team in New York City.

3. Four-Hour On-Site Interview: In-depth interviews with multiple team members to evaluate your fit with our guiding principles and your problem-solving skills.
