About the role

Contacting potential clients such as e-rickshaw drivers to generate leads and sell lithium-ion batteries to rickshaw owners/drivers.

Execute on-ground marketing activities to generate leads and also create brand awareness.

Conduct regular team meetings to update on sales targets, share best practices, and discuss strategies.

Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.

About the interview

  1. Introductory voice note/video: Ex: Please send a video/voice note explaining What is your ideal job role that you want to pursue? Why are you unhappy with your current job?
  2. Comprehension Test (summarization of a work related video) Ex: Some video on operations, product, sales we will ask you to summarize.
  3. Online interview. Here we will check basic skills, that are required for the job
  4. Offline interview/field assignment
