Operations Manager (Work with founders)

Operation Lead is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a company, department, or team.

This role ensures that business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's strategic goals.

The Operation Lead works closely with various departments to improve operational systems, processes, and policies in support of Enerjazz's mission.

Interview process has 3-4 stages

1. Introductory voice note/video: Ex: Please send a video/voice note explaining What is your ideal job role that you want to pursue? Why are you unhappy with your current job?
2. Comprehension Test (summarization of a work related video) Ex: Some video on operations, product, sales we will ask you to summarize.
3. Online interview. Here we will check basic skills, that are required for the job
4. Offline interview/field assignment
