We are looking for an experienced Business Development and Sales manager based in Delhi, NCR to oversee our growth. You’ll be the focal point for the demand side of the business. We expect you to be an efficient leader.
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential B2B clients (OEM, Dealers, Distributors) to establish rapport and arrange meetings. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Set and achieve targets for sales
- Hire executives to work under you
- Manage team of executives to drive sales target
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
- Developing quotes and proposals for clients.
- Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
- Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.

- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
