Role Overview:
As a Technical Lead for a client team at Entangl, you'll lead a team of engineers responsible for delivering solutions to specific enterprise clients. You'll be responsible for the technical direction of your team, code quality, and ensuring that client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a cross-functional team of 3-5 engineers to deliver high-quality solutions for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with Forward Deployed Engineers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Make key architectural decisions for client-specific implementations
- Manage code ownership and ensure security, reliability, and maintainability of your team's codebase
- Participate in technical leadership discussions to maintain core codebase standards
- Oversee releases for your client implementations
- Mentor team members and contribute to their professional growth
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
- 1+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
- Strong proficiency in modern web development technologies
- Experience with enterprise software development and deployment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate client needs into technical solutions
- Experience working in a team-based environment
- Background in data center operations would be a plus
