Technical Lead - Experiment Team

Role Overview:

As the Technical Lead for our Experiment Team, you'll lead a team focused on longer term projects which primarily are machine learning projects. You'll be responsible for turning our customers biggest & most expensive pains points into practical solutions that can be integrated into our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers focused on working on our AI engine.
• Define technical direction for ML projects.
• Collaborate with client teams to understand requirements for advanced features
• Evaluate new technologies and approaches to solve complex problems
• Find the most expensive pain points that our customers have
• Contribute to core architecture decisions across the platform

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in full-stack software development
• 1+ years of experience in a technical leadership role
• Experience with machine learning, computer vision, or related fields
• Strong software architecture and system design skills
• Ability to evaluate new technologies and make sound technical decisions
• Background in electrical engineering or data center operations is a plus
