About the role
We need a product designer that can great world class UX that is also beautiful. The product is complex because it is 3 companies rolled into one stack - banking, HR, and accounting/tax. The challenge is keeping workflows similar across all 3 products but still creating UX that is intuitive.
Success is if we have no customer support requests asking how to do the 1000 things the product is capable of doing.
