We're looking for an exceptional Chief of Staff to join our founding team and drive impact across every aspect of the business. The role is to do whatever it takes to win, from fundraising strategy to managing customer relationships. It's like being a founder, with immediate traction, a world class team, and funding in place on day 1.

Role & Impact
The role is to do whatever it takes to win, from fundraising strategy to managing customer relationships. You'll need to act like me across multiple parts of the business. It's like being a founder, with immediate traction, a world class team, and funding in place on day 1.
- You're ready to dive into anything, from fundraising to logistics to customer success
- You can sell to anyone and everyone (candidates, investors, customers)
- You can run through walls and get stuff done at a very high velocity
- You spot problems before they arise and solve them without being asked
- You'll work directly with the CEO, CTO, and other founding members to help build out our team
Ideal Candidate Credentials
- You've started your own company before ($200k+ ARR or $2M+ raised)
- You've been at high-growth startups and know what "great" looks like
- Ability to take abstract projects end-to-end, operating with high agency
- Technical ability, or experience with developer tools is a plus
