Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior AI Software Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced AI systems that will drive the next generation of our mortgage solutions. This role demands a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, software engineering best practices, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable AI applications.

Key Responsibilities

• AI System Development: Design and implement AI models and algorithms to automate and optimize mortgage industry processes.
• Software Engineering: Develop, test, and maintain high-quality code for AI applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the founders, to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into our products.
• Research and Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software engineering
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
  • Experience with LangChain for building language model applications.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL for database management.
  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
