About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Demand Generation Manager to lead our multi-channel marketing efforts and drive pipeline growth. In this role, you will develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies, optimize inbound campaigns, manage SEO and SEM, and design lead nurturing programs. You will also leverage marketing automation tools and analytics to refine our demand generation tactics, ensuring high-quality leads are delivered to the sales team.

What you'll do:

  • Multi-channel Campaign Management: Plan and execute integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, email, social media, third-party partners, and industry-specific channels. Strategically distribute existing content assets across these channels to maximize reach, engagement, and lead generation within our target market.
  • Inbound Marketing Optimization: Manage and continuously improve our inbound marketing efforts, enhancing website conversion paths, optimizing lead capture forms, and refining content offers to increase the quality and quantity of inbound pipeline. Analyze user behavior and implement data-driven improvements to boost overall inbound marketing performance.
  • Digital Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to our vertical SaaS offering, focusing on driving qualified pipeline and increasing market penetration.
  • SEO and SEM: Manage our search engine optimization and marketing efforts, improving our organic search rankings for industry-specific keywords and running targeted paid search campaigns to capture high-intent prospects.
  • Lead Nurturing and Qualification: Design and execute lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel, implementing effective qualification processes to ensure high-quality pipeline is passed to the sales team.
  • Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools to streamline and optimize our demand generation processes, creating personalized customer journeys and improving overall marketing efficiency.
  • Analytics and Performance Tracking: Establish robust analytics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of all marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to continuously refine our demand generation strategies.

About you:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3-4 years focused specifically on Demand Generation.
  • Experience with Marketing tools such as Hubspot, 6sense, Demandbase, Terminus or similar.
  • Vertical SaaS experience a plus.
