🔥 Coming hot off the heels of our Series A led by General Catalyst in April, we’re hiring for a Staff Marketing Designer to join our team and help elevate Finni Health’s brand to the next level.

As our Staff Marketing Designer, you’ll develop and execute creative strategies that power our brand narrative, shape compelling marketing campaigns, and influence every touchpoint of our customer journey. Your work will ensure Finni Health stands out in a crowded marketplace—communicating our mission to transform healthcare in an inspiring, cohesive, and impactful way.

We’re a hybrid team spread across North America, and this role offers flexibility with in-office collaboration opportunities. Our go-to collaboration tools are Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Figma, Loom, and Google Meet.

Joining Finni Health at an early stage means you’ll have significant autonomy and ownership. In addition to shaping our visual brand identity, you’ll help cultivate a design-driven culture—defining our workflow, mentoring junior designers, and influencing how design and marketing collaborate across the organization.

You’ll work hand-in-hand with founders, investors, and customers to bring creative visions to life, ensuring our brand resonates with both providers and patients, and becomes a trusted name in healthcare.


What You’ll Do 👩‍💻

  1. Drive Brand Cohesion Across All Channels
    • Develop and maintain a compelling visual identity that reflects Finni Health’s values and mission.
    • Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across digital, print, and experiential touchpoints.
    • Act as the brand ambassador, championing design excellence throughout the organization.
  2. Create High-Impact Marketing Campaigns
    • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and design end-to-end campaigns—web, email, social, and print.
    • Translate data and insights into visually striking assets that capture attention and drive conversions.
    • Partner with content teams to craft engaging narratives, ensuring a seamless blend of copy and design.
  3. Elevate the Customer Journey
    • Refine and optimize our website, landing pages, and funnel experiences to maximize engagement and retention.
    • Design user-centric, intuitive solutions that guide prospective customers to understand our product offerings.
    • Continuously test and refine creative concepts based on user feedback and analytics.
  4. Roll Up Your Sleeves
    • Jump in where needed—whether it’s polishing a last-minute pitch deck, A/B testing email templates, or refining a new product logo.
    • Iterate rapidly on concepts and prototypes while maintaining high standards of design quality.
  5. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
    • Work closely with leadership, product, and operations teams to ensure brand alignment across all initiatives.
    • Serve as a strategic partner to marketing, providing creative direction that pushes boundaries and meets business goals.
  6. Mentor and Lead
    • Guide and inspire junior designers and freelancers, providing feedback and fostering an environment of growth.
    • Set the standard for design best practices, promoting a culture of experimentation and innovation.
  7. Influence Company-Wide Strategy
    • Partner with the founders to shape our brand’s long-term vision and positioning in the healthcare market.
    • Participate in high-level discussions on product launches, investor pitches, and customer-facing materials—ensuring design is integrated at every stage.

About You 🧑‍🔬

  • You’re excited to join a fast-growing healthcare startup at an early stage, where your design vision will have outsized impact.
  • You have a proven track record of developing successful, visually compelling marketing campaigns in a B2B or B2C setting.
  • You’re an expert in modern design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and are comfortable adapting to new platforms quickly.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing attention to detail with big-picture thinking.
  • You have a data-informed approach—your design decisions are guided by user insights, testing, and performance metrics.
  • You’re a collaborative leader who enjoys mentoring others, fostering creativity, and elevating design within an organization.

The autism care industry is growing rapidly due to increasing diagnosis rates and landmark legislation requiring payers to cover care in every state. This has caused private equity to take over the market, with over 200 M&A deals in the past decade. This cash grab not only hurts providers, who are overworked and underpaid, it also hurts quality of care. Providers want a world where they can have the freedom to focus on their patients, but starting their own practice is costly.
