Firecrawl is the easiest way for developers to gather LLM-ready data from the web. As a startup on the cutting edge of AI and data accessibility, we’re looking for an ambitious, resourceful, and organized individual to join us as our Chief of Staff. This role is perfect for someone who loves startups, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to multiple facets of our business.
What you’ll do:
- Sales Support: Assist in lead generation, outreach, and follow-up, ensuring seamless communication with potential clients. Focus on ops, process, and automation
- Customer Success: Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure users have an excellent experience.
- Hiring Coordination: Help us identify, recruit, and onboard top talent for technical and non-technical roles.
- Process Automation: Write code to make systems and workflows to make our team more efficient and scalable.

Previously, we built Mendable, one of the first commercially available “chat with your data” applications. We sold to companies like MongoDB, Coinbase, Snapchat, and more. To do this, we spent a surprising amount of time building reliable infrastructure for getting clean data from the web. When we started to see our founding friends rebuilding the same thing, we thought we might be on to something.
