Flagright is an AI-native AML compliance platform for regulated financial institutions. We are building the modern standard in financial crime compliance (FCC) software to transform compliance programs and reduce associated costs by orders of magnitude.

Role Overview :
The Founder’s Associate will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO across various revenue operations and demand generation functions. This position offers a unique opportunity for a new graduate to gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing, tech-focused environment. You will be directly involved in high-impact projects that drive the company’s growth and success.

Responsibilities :

• Assist the CEO in organizing events and coordinating logistics globally to deliver a premium experience to all attendees

• Put together ROI analysis and budgeting for each event to support demand generation analytics

• Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for external meetings and conferences

• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support business decisions

• Collaborate with different departments (sales, marketing, product) to maximize impact across private events, speaking engagements, sponsorships, or conferences

• Work on ad hoc projects related to growth, fundraising, and expansion initiatives

• Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members, ensuring smooth communication

• There is no shortage of work if you are ambitious and want to take on more

Requirements :

• Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related fields

• High IQ and EQ

• Love for tech and capitalism

• Ability to remain efficient in high pressure environments and stressful situations

• Strong taste for aesthetics and attention to detail

• High agency and low ego

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently with high quality

• Very high bar for confidentiality & protecting trade secrets

• Enjoy working, believe in hard work

• Familiarity with the fintech or FCC industry is a plus, but not required. Law, engineering, venture backgrounds preferred.

• Singapore citizen or PR. No visa sponsorship.
