About The Team

About The Role
As the Head of People, you will spearhead Fleek’s global People strategy, cultivating a high-performing, inclusive, and engaged workforce as we continue to scale. This pivotal role involves defining our EVP, developing scalable people processes, and nurturing our unique culture across diverse international teams.
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee People Operations, HR strategy, talent development, and employee experience for our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Global People Strategy & Leadership: Develop, implement, and continuously refine Fleek’s global People strategy to align with business growth and evolving market needs.
- EVP & Employee Experience: Ensure Fleek offers a world-class employee experience by adapting and evolving our Employee Value Proposition across markets, including remuneration, benefits, and career development.
- HR Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, ensuring strong people advisory relationships and embedding best-in-class HR practices.
- Performance & Compensation: Lead core people programs including performance and feedback processes, compensation frameworks, and reward structures.
- Engagement & Retention: Champion initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including structured feedback processes, recognition programs, and manager capability development.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with employment laws across multiple geographies, managing risk while maintaining an agile and business-friendly HR approach.
- People Operations & HR Processes: Oversee the development of scalable HR operations, from payroll and benefits to employee relations and policy management.
- Data & People Analytics: Track and analyse key HR metrics (e.g., attrition, engagement, hiring velocity) to inform business decisions and People outcomes.
- Leadership & Team Development: Manage and mentor the People Operations team, ensuring alignment with Fleek’s business objectives and culture.
