On FlutterFlow’s newly created inside sales team, you’ll help drive growth in the Enterprise segment through consistent, high volume lead generation and outreach. In this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated, and able to work within a rapidly changing startup environment. We already empower 2M users in our B2C business and are now scaling the sales team within our B2B business.
What You Will Work On
Lead Generation & Outreach: Proactively identify, engage, and qualify potential enterprise customers through cold calls, emails, social media outreach and some inbound leads.
Deal Qualification: Meet with prospective clients to understand their needs, educate on the value of our technology.
Product Demos & Consultations: Conduct engaging virtual product demonstrations and discovery calls to showcase FlutterFlow’s enterprise capabilities and address client needs.
Pipeline Management: Maintain and update customer information and sales activities in our Hubspot, ensuring smooth handoffs to the Account Executive team.
Closing Business: After lead generation and qualification, this role also will be closing sales opportunities as an inside seller.
Market Feedback: Collect and relay customer insights and competitive intelligence to help shape product improvements and sales strategies.
Who You Are
Demonstrated success of 3+ years in enterprise inside sales or a similar role within tech or SaaS, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Comfortable learning and explaining technical concepts related to low-code/no-code platforms, with an ability to translate complex solutions into clear benefits for customers.
Able to manage hundreds of prospects and priorities simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a high level of self-motivation.
You are willing to travel quarterly for team summits, which are sometimes international
