You will be the first US-based hire on FlutterFlow’s customer success team, where you’ll help support our growing Enterprise segment and ensure long term customer success and satisfaction. We already empower 2M users in our B2C business and are now scaling the sales team within our B2B business.
As our first US-based CSM, you'll have significant autonomy to shape our enterprise customer success strategy and directly impact our growth trajectory. In this role, you’ll need to be self-motivated, and able to work within a rapidly changing startup environment.
What You Will Work On
Enterprise Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for key enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships and product adoption, as well as ensuring customers achieve success with our platform.
Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new and existing customers through onboarding, training, and best practices to ensure deep adoption and proficiency.
Value & ROI Demonstration: Collaborate with customers to measure and communicate the value of FlutterFlow, helping them understand and optimize their return on investment based on a clear understanding of their goals, business objectives and key success factors.
Renewal & Churn Prevention: Monitor account health, proactively address concerns, and manage the renewal process to minimize churn and identify upsell opportunities.
Contribute to the Team: Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for customer needs and influence product roadmap
Who You Are
Proven track record of 3+ years in managing enterprise accounts within a SaaS or tech environment, with a focus on customer retention and success.
Able to quickly understand and explain technical aspects of low-code/no-code platforms, translating them into clear business benefits.
Strong analytical skills to track success metrics, ROI, and customer health, driving data-informed decisions.
Proactive approach to identifying challenges and providing innovative solutions that ensure continuous customer success.
You are willing to travel quarterly for team summits, which are sometimes international
