Founding Product Designer

At FurtherAI, we're creating vertical AI agents to automate tasks traditionally done by humans. We recently raised a seed round from top investors (announcement soon), growing rapidly, and are looking for superstars to join us on our journey.

As the founding designer, you’ll own the entire design experience, from crafting user journeys to defining the look and feel of our product. B2B software is often boring, but it doesn’t have to be. We believe using software should spark joy, and we’re on a mission to build the most beautiful, intuitive, and transformative product.

This role is open to remote, but requires atleast 4 hrs of overlap with PST (9AM - 9PM PST)

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience of designing products in the 0 to 1 stage
• Strong ability to communicate your design process and decisions, both visually and verbally
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality design work that solves complex user problems
• Experience working at a B2B SaaS company or a fast-paced startup is a bonus
• Insane drive and ownership - If you are world-class here, other requirements are optional
