Product Development Lead (GoSats Agentic Assistant)
About the role
Role Overview:
We’re seeking an exceptional Product Development Lead to shape the future of AI-powered shopping experiences. You’ll be responsible for driving our product vision, strategy, and execution while working directly with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle of our AI shopping assistant
• Drive product strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives
• Lead the design and implementation of innovative shopping features
• Collaborate with AI/ML teams to integrate advanced capabilities
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs
• Build and manage the product development teamRequirements:
• 4+ years of product development experience, with 2+ years in consumer tech/fintech
• Strong track record of launching and scaling consumer-facing products
• Experience with AI/ML product integration is a plus
• Deep understanding of user behavior and shopping experiences
• Excellence in product analytics and data-driven decision making
• Strong technical background with ability to work closely with engineering teams
