🧠 THE ROLE

We are looking for a Customer Success Lead to join our team who is passionate about B2B customer success and building a world-class CS organization. You will be responsible for helping Govly maintain and grow our customer base by serving our most strategic accounts directly, and helping more junior CS staff reach their potential.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B SaaS Customer Success experience and has been responsible for hitting both GRR and NRR metrics.

🏋️‍♀️WHO YOU ARE

We are seeking a technology-savvy Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for ensuring our government clients achieve maximum value from our software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders

• Conduct product training and onboarding sessions

• Identify and drive adoption of best practices

• Proactively monitor client health and usage metrics

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues

• Gather and communicate client feedback to product and engineering teams

• Develop and execute customer success strategies

• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field

• 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management

• Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and government technology landscape

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences

• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and customer success tools

• Project management skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously
