This is a full-time role as an Account Executive, located onsite in New York, NY.
As an Account Executive at Hadrius, you will be responsible for owning, managing, and closing a pipeline of prospects from solo financial advisors to financial institutions with thousands of employees.

Responsibilities
First week:
- Understand the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap
- Work with our existing sales team to ramp up on our CRM and existing sales methodology
- Begin shaping/improving our current sales processes informed by your previous experience
- Riding along on your first sales calls with clients, and taking a few independently by the end of the week.
First month:
- Close your first smaller 3-4 deals
- Begin building relationships with mid-size prospects
- Continue to expand your pipeline and deepening your understanding of customer needs and our offering
- Track your metrics along with the rest of the team, and contribute to strategy sessions to improve sales velocity and efficiency
First 3 months & beyond:
- Begin building relationships with larger prospects
- Close your first 10-15 deals
- Continuing to develop the above skillset, especially your deal velocity (reaching $6k net new MRR per month)
- Create internal Hadrius champions with prospects
About You
- Exceptionally skilled: You are highly competent as a salesperson, coming from 1,000s of hours of practice.
- Coachable: Open to learning the Hadrius way and raising the bar while you’re at it.
- Grit: You’re consistently the hardest working person on your team.
- All-in: This is not a 9-5. We have a massive opportunity ahead of us and are looking to multiply our sales speed. We are optimizing for the best folks and happy to compensate generously.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as an account executive
- Previous software sales experience with a consistent track record of leading quota attainment on your team
- You are excited to “step up” and drive efficiencies across our sales process beyond just your own pipeline
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment
