This is a full-time role as an Business Development Representative, located onsite in New York, NY.
As a Business Development Representative at Hadrius, you will be responsible for outbound lead generation, including email, calling, and using LinkedIn to book demos with qualified prospects on compliance teams. You’ll be on the front line of the sales team, filling the pipeline for closers before moving into a closing role yourself in the following 12-24 months.

Responsibilities
First week:
- Understand the core problems Hadrius solves, our ICP, our value proposition, the Hadrius platform, pricing structure, and roadmap
- Work with our existing sales team to ramp up on our CRM and existing lead gen methodology
- Begin shaping/improving our current sales processes informed by your previous experience
- Book your first demos
First month:
- Booked 20+ net qualified demos
- Crafting lead generation strategies independently
- Track your metrics along with the rest of the team, and contribute to strategy sessions to improve sales velocity and efficiency
First 3 months & beyond:
- Continuing to develop the above skillset, especially your qualified lead gen velocity (reaching 32 net qualified demos booked per month)
- Create internal Hadrius champions with prospects

Qualifications
- 1+ years of professional experience in outbound lead generation.
- 1+ years of experience with cold email, cold calling, and cold social outbound strategies.
- Top 1% work ethic as compared to your peers
- Work experience in a B2B SaaS or Financial/Fintech firm
- Track record of crushing quota targets and going above and beyond
- History of working independently and leading efforts to optimize the funnel
- Strong daily activity numbers while maintaining high personalization and quality
