Position Overview:

As an Implementation Consultant at Handle, you will be responsible for managing and implementing our SaaS software solutions for clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, guide them through the implementation process, and ensure successful deployment of our software. You will travel around 25% of the time to various on-site implementations (for larger accounts). Company will also pay for any needed certifications. Your role will involve managing multiple projects simultaneously, writing and maintaining project documentation, and using your technical skills to customize and integrate our solutions to meet client needs. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Manage multiple implementation projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful completion.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle, both written and verbal.
• Software Implementation: Implement our SaaS software, including configuring and customizing JavaScript-based code to parse client files.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for each project, including requirements, configurations, and user guides.
• Training: Conduct training sessions for clients to ensure they are proficient in using the implemented software.
• Enterprise Account Implementation: Ability to work with multi billion dollar companies as well as various ERPs (SAP, Oracle, etc)
• Technical Integration: Understand relational database systems (PostgreSQL and/or MSSQL) and apply this knowledge in project implementations.
• Travel: 25% Travel will be required for on-site implementations around the US for large accounts
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, support, and sales, to ensure client success.
• Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the implementation process, ensuring client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects in parallel with strong organizational skills.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in relational database systems such as PostgreSQL (PSQL) and/or Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL).
• Experience with JavaScript or other object-oriented programming languages.
• Solutioning Skills: Strong ability to develop effective solutions to meet client requirements and challenges.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent on-the-job experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar implementation or consulting role.
• Familiarity with SaaS software solutions and cloud-based technologies.
• Basic understanding of data parsing and transformation.
