We're building an AI-powered insurance brokerage that's transforming the $900 billion commercial insurance market by automating processes that currently run on pre-internet systems.
With over 500 clients acquired in just 5 months and clear product-market fit, we've developed a proven playbook for success. We just finished YC and are emerging from stealth with $8M in funding from an amazing bench of investors. We're looking for ambitious Account Executives who can drive our mid-market sales efforts, manage their own book of business, and deliver exceptional results as we scale rapidly.
You'll work directly with complex mid-market businesses across diverse industries to understand their insurance needs while managing your own client portfolio, similar to an MD at Goldman Sachs. Within 45 days, you'll be expected to be closing deals autonomously and collaborating with our growth engineering team to continuously refine our targeting and conversion algorithms.
Be bold & aggressive enough to believe we can scale from $1.2M to $100M in run-rate ARR by December.
A critical part of your role will be to continuously train and improve Harper to become a complete broker, not just a brokerage platform. Just as Waymo needed human drivers to train its self-driving system and still requires human intervention in complex situations, Harper needs your expertise to learn and evolve.
You'll work directly with our engineering team to document your workflows, decision points, and expert knowledge to feed into our AI systems. You'll handle complex cases that Harper can't yet manage autonomously, while simultaneously teaching it how to handle similar situations in the future. Your expertise won't just help clients today - it will be systematically captured to scale your impact across our entire platform.
Within 45 days, you'll manage your own application process, close deals autonomously, and start growing your book of business rapidly. Our proven playbook and training ensure you can hit the ground running, while still having space to innovate and improve our processes.
We require you to be in San Francisco and work from our office 5.5 days per week. We'll cover relocation costs and believe the best sales teams collaborate intensively in person.
