Who You Are:

• Data Story Teller: You excel at onboarding data from multiple sources, accurately understanding the numbers, generating new insights, and clearly articulating that story.
• Problem Solver: You analyze challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement robust solutions that support healthcare delivery.
• Detail-Oriented Engineer: You ensure data integrity while building scalable systems for identity matching, care gap calculations, and report generation.
• Team Player: You communicate effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, and contribute to a supportive, high-performing culture.

What You’ll Do:

• Onboard Data: Work with multiple data sources to import and normalize client data, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
• Identity Matching: Implement and refine identity-matching algorithms to link patient records accurately across datasets.
• Apply Care Gap Calculations: Develop and apply care gap calculations to provide actionable insights for healthcare providers.
• Generate Specialist Reports: Build pipelines to create detailed specialist reports that inform clinical and operational decision-making.
• Ensure Data Compliance: Maintain alignment with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, while working with sensitive patient data.
• Collaborate: Work closely with AI specialists, product managers, and engineers to develop features that enhance the capabilities of our autonomous agents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven Data Engineering Expertise: 5+ years of experience as a data engineer, with a focus on healthcare data integration and management.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data pipeline tools (e.g., Airflow, Spark) with an understanding of ETL processes.
• Healthcare Knowledge: Experience with healthcare coding standards (ICD, HCPC, LOINC) and familiarity with CMS guidelines.
• Adaptability and Initiative: Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and proactive in driving projects forward.
